Water and Food
Water is a must - food is often necessary!
1) Water is essential, at least one bidon.
2) If it is a long ride (over 90min) ensure you have put a supplement mix in the water.
3) A habit to get into is to take a small health bar/nougat or some nuts. Bonking (run out of energy) is not fun, a little snack will help you get home or to a shop for food!
4) Cash - for Coffee at least :)
5) Cell Phone for emergencies
