It really is all about TITS (Time In The Saddle)



Whether you are riding for fun, training for a race, a tour or just commuting, time in the saddle is everything!

Through the years and years of cycling I have tried everything to be better, faster, fitter and what I learned was just be on your bike and enjoy each ride - ride how you feel, if you feel strong ride hard, feeling tired/sore ride shorter or slower...just ride!

Have a goal....enter a race, stage race or do a tour, each of these will dictate how your cycling should be leading up to the goal.

Of course there are goals which may dictate that you may need to go into some dark places sometimes but generally one should always enjoy the ride!
